Video Display in Visual Effects Window

I doubt it, but does a plug-in exist that allows the video to be displayed in the visual effects window, rather than the Album Artwork window or a seperate window? If it doesn't exist, can someone make it?

I had thought about it, too. It doesn't make sense to show visualizations when playing a video file, and iTunes should show visualizations when playing music and video when playing video files.

Anyway, iTunes was originally an audio player (a perfect one), but it sucks as a video player.
