[Release] Roots Skin Utility V1.0

In order to manage Roots skins fastly and easily I created a little program called "Roots Skin Utility".

It allows you to choose the Roots skin you want without having to manually edit the UI.XML, while also displaying all the included information about every skin. Place in the Roots folder to work.

I will have it on my iDisk once I get it up and running. I think Mr. Aqua will have a new website soon and he will officially host it .

Roots Skin Utility is now updated to v1.1.

If you had runtime errors before, try reading the readme to fix the problem.

I have on my disk v1.2 witch i downloaded from your site. How is it possible?

Witch one is the newest?

This same story with Manifest Utility. v1.2- I have v1.3 from your site, a few weaks ago.

I had miss labled the .RAR files in the old versions. The new versions that I posted yesterday are the most recent.
