CD Case

I was checking out some screenies over at dA, and found this.

Could someone please tell me from where could I get that CD Case on the bottom left that's displaying the album cover?

Or is just an icon? Either ways, please help me

Originally it was part of my old CDCovers (vynil) samurize config :

but I'm guessing he's using some modified version for Ave or Konfab...
