I really like the objectbar skin that lets you have both the Mac menus and the windows minimize features. Like on the following screenshots:

Hmm... but is there no way to just add that effect to a normal taskbar? (I mean, I don't want the exact colouring as on the screenshots as my own onfig is the Tiger skin)
