Theming Gnome (Fedro Core 5 distribution)

I install Linux(Fedro Core5) on my computer,but I want change its themes just like a mac OS,who can help me to do this !

Just download the theme, I don't know the name but search on gnome-look.org . To install it just open System > Preferences > Theme and Install it.

There is a small application named gnome-art. Install it using

sudo apt-get install gnome-art

after apt-get have finished installing it the application you can run it from

System>Preferences>Art Manager

You can install a lot of gtk styles, Icons with it.

Its in universe repositories.

I have installed it ,but I can't find it in Theme. I also reseted my computer,but it 's nothing to do with it .

I downloaded it from www.gnome-look.org,it's name is Mac-OS.

I installed it follow the readme text , at the last step ,it tell me to switch it ,but how can I switch it ?
