Internet Explorer for Mac toolbar icons

Hey,

I just finished doing a search for an Internet Explorer for Mac (v5) toolbar icon set but all links I came across were dead.

So basically I was wondering if any of you guys still have the files lying around somewhere or know an active link.

I'd appreciate it.
