Is it possible for someone to make a theme for http://www.google.com/ig?

The gmail skin was awesome, i was wondering if someone would like to give this a try. Much Appreciated!

This would actually be a pretty cool idea..

Wouldn't it be easier just to make an html file with all the stuff?
