why would you want that? i don't think anyone would make a xp theme on MACOS. lol
you can do dual os system by installing VirtualPC and run windows xp on the mac. 
There is a WinXP theme for mac. click here amf go to the bottom of the page, You'll need ShapeShifter
If you're on an intel Mac, you can run Windows as your primary OS. Or you could use Parallels (much faster than VPC).
There's one on Maxthemes but it still has the apple and the menu-bar will remain on top of the screen (obviously).
If you're on an intel mac, don't bother.

NC: MT works, just doesn't have the background, it's all gray to me with the links to the part of the forums, and I get this "Need these paper clips?" link that just refreshes the homepage O_o
