iBoot BootSkins and OS X Floating Icons!

This is my current setup on my HP dv1000t laptop.

The BootSkin is the widescreen version of my iBoot High Contrast boot screen; the little circle at the bottom moves from left to right in place of the Windows XP progress bar. I will be releasing this BootSkins soon.

I'm also using RKLauncher with it's default background. The icons on it though, are of my creation, based on other icons I found, and some other's from OS X. I will be releasing these soon as well, and the original creators of the icons I based mine on will be properly credited

I'm also using KoL's Tiger 2 (Apple Graphite Compact) skin on WindowBlinds 5

Steve Grenier's Mac OS X Perfect Shadows for WindowFX and the default fade-in/fade-out open/close transition effect

XDeskCal and XDeskPhoto

Yahoo! Widgets (Konfabulator for the old timers)

And some other stuff I can't remember right now. Sorry for those I haven't credited yet

BTW: I need help figuring out how these forums, threads, posts things work!... I was trying to include a thumbnail that would link to my DeviantART screenshot but the thread wouldn't recognize the HTML... Help please?

I forgot to mention that the desktop icons are set to 64x64 pixels and that UberIcon gives you the cool "ZoomIn", "Puff", or "whatever-you-might-call-it" effect when you click ANY icon!

I know there's a thread for screenshots, but I'm not trying to show-off my desktop since, as you can see, it's really a very basic OS-X/Aqua setup. It's just a preview of the BootSkins and Icons I will be releasing...

And by the way, I DID read the guidelines!

I'm not sure how my wife would react if I had a girlfriend...and you're welcome. If you're not showing off your desktop and only previewing your bootskin and icons, why include the rest of the info? Also, which of the icons did you create?

A little helpful tip: hotlinking, as it is called, is not allowed and DeviantArt will stop any such linking and might possibly ban your account.

Sranshaft is right. Preview threads don't need whole screenshot explanations, though you're welcome to create both a preview thread and put a screenshot in the June Screenshots thread. Also, there was no need for the girlfriend comment, that was simply uncalled for...

Make sure that you put the preview threads you create in the proper forum. Go for it .
