I can hardly imagine someone wanting his GUI deliberately look like Luna... 
Do we know Vista skinning capabilities yet? Has anyone tried hacking the UXTheme?

All want quite Luna (XP) for Vista or here preferably for Mac (Aqua or other) and now, a retro period before the officiel release of Vista (Just a Beta..2)

The UXTheme has already been patched by Rafael of AeroXperience. The MSStyles are a lot different, and there aren't any applications like StyleBuilder for Vista yet. But, if you people want to have a go at it, it would be neat to see some new styles. Of course, the MSStyles from Beta 2 will likely not work on the RTM version of Vista. I'll consider one. Apple almost got me to replace my aged Packard Bell desktop for Mac Mini. Then they wen't Intel, and jacked the price up. $599USD is cheap, but I can get HP Media Center Desktop for that on sale (with monitor, and printer).
I'll buy Apple when Apple stops acting like a premium PC brand. Or find a used iBook/PowerBook/MacBook (Pro) cheaply. Really. I will.

After testing many builds of Windows Vista I think I will take my chances with it.

Why would you want Vista?
Windowblinds Vista can apply any MSStyle to Vista after converting it... it even extends it slightly to fill in any gaps that appear.
