Hiding desktop icons in Windows 2000

hide desktop icons in windows2000, it's possible??

registry entry dont work. i still have recycle bin and My PC icons.

and... when i use hideicons for avedesk (by andreas) the icons desappear but appear again when the desktop is refresh (after minimize some window)

please your help

traydesk hide everything including my icons and my AVEdeskicons, mmmm ... no good

IconDesk work better, hide only my desktop icons
