You should download Flyakite OS X at http://www.osx-e.com/.
It should have everything a Mac OS X Tiger should have, including sound themes.
Iceman's sound scheme is the one used in Flyakite, so if you just want that its here

For those of you frustrated by the file format compatability of some of the sound schemes, such as those in aiff, I used a great program to convert sound files so I can use them as a windows sound scheme. It's called Front End Converter Drop and it is great for sounds. Here's the link: APP PREVIEW LINK NEEDED :: Please don't directly link downloads for executeables.
