Finderbar Divider

Ok, well, I've seen on a lot of screen shots on DeviantART, where people have Windows XP, and the Finderbar Add-on, which I know already. One thing bugs me though. In some of these screenshots, I see a divider, and I have no idea how to do that. Yes, I know that is a picture taken from a Mac, but that's besides the point, I still have seen it done with WindowsXP, and I'd like to know how.

I've never used Finderbar myself, but I've heard that you could do that by just putting in a PNG of a separator
