Installing Kabal Finderbar

Is this what everyone uses to get that bar on the left side in windows explorer with the icons in it? If so I tried installing it and it says I need .NET Framework version 1.1.43 .. but I have 2.0 installed so im a little confused. Its FinderBar version 0.1.3 .. im lost on what to do so any help is highly appreciated.

Even if you have v2.0 it won't work, because the program was written for v1.1.4.3.

I have .net 2.0 and it works fine for me, but then again i think i also have 1.1xx installed too
