Fast application to manage Icons

Hi guys,

As a lot of people I have a lot of icons,

So i'm searching (or requesting) for an app which helps me to manage/see all my icon library (.ico and .png), like IconBook (I find it too buggy and very slow) - I'm using Windows.

Free or not, I want it.

The only program I've used that even came close to an Icon viewer/organizer is Icon Seracher. It's Shareware, But too pricey for me ...
