Anybody know where I can get a skin like this for CD art display?

It's for avetunes. But I don't really mess with that program. Here is where it is located.

That skin is the reason I started using iTunes, so AveTunes would finally be usable. Now that I see it, I would NEVER switch back to anything else since I am using iTunes.

Avetunes has an option for using the album art in the folder.jpg file in the same folder as the mp3 track.

But no, you won't be able to make it search Amazon, etc. for album art, you will have to save it in the folder as folder.jpg manually.
