An app to opens windows smoothly

Is there any app that makes windows appear smoothly fade in. iShut has the feature can i use the same effect in opening all windows.

There's WindowFX, I'm guessing you want a vista-like effect, if so there's a new WindowFX in beta which will support the animatiom like in vista

Just make sure you have enough RAM and a decent gfx card before considering adding any animation effects with any program (like WindowFX). Otherwise your machine will slow to a crawl.
