Aqua-Soft ForumsHello everybody, I was wondering if it's possible if I were to download a program which allows me to change all of xp's defualt icons and then when i delete the program because i don't like taking up space on my comp, all the icons would change back to the xp ones??

When I uninstall the program, i dont want all the icons to change back, im just wondering if i install the program will all the icon i change go back to default.
Well unless you get a script or registry that would let you change all of the icons manually (which would be a huge hassle if you're dealing with dozens of icon types), pretty much any program would restore the original icons on uninstall. or even if it didnt, your icons might show up with broken images.
However unless you are REALLY strapped for hard drive space, it's not really necessary to have such a program. The icon changers I know of don't run in the background or anything, so you don't have to worry about RAM usage.
