Where to get this cool theme?

I saw this theme browsing on deviantart and it looks really sweet!

3D, yet clean and not gaudy! Does anyone have a theme that looks like that?

um its not tempered glass...the borders are all wrong...also this one missing that lip thing that dock has in the screenie

I downloaded the theme but can't run it... Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.

1-extracted contents of zip file to my RKlaungherthemes folder.

2-right click RK and go to settings.

3-in the 'appearance' tab I select 'tray-glass3' theme.

after I do this RK is still running but the backround is not there.. I tried playing around with the transparency and trying the 'import y'z backround' but no luck.

I'm running RK ver. 0.41 beta build 239
