Could someone make these into dock pngs please?

you don't need those programs, you can do just as well with any image editing program, including the free GIMP program

In any case, I'm no good at editing pictures etc. I've tried stuff like this but it hasn't come out well

It's a no-go for me : /

mhm.. some of them are quite nice but if you look closely at them you can see the jpg artfacts :(

What are jpg artfacts?

jpg artfacts- pixelation and decolouration in part... when making icons you should probably save in PNG format to avoid this.

that said these dont look too bad, nice and smooth and good selection... i'd do it except i too cannot be bothered.

You should try looking into ... whatever its called aveiconifer? which is able to convert pngs to icons... by simply dragging in the png into one space and the ico comes out the other end... look at osx-e and you should find what i mean.

I have aveiconifier but during the conversion of png to ico, the white parts dont turn transparent...i'd like to have all pngs anyways

was just giving one of these a go in Iconomaker but, don't have the time. Iconomaker is free but, I just noticed a product from Icon Empire called Perfect Icon that supposedly will handle any image.

Here's a link http://www.iconempire.com/download.htm

Edit (again): The link above takes you to the download page for version 3 with is not freeware; however, the do have the free version 2.3 by going to the download directory here: http://www.iconempire.com/downloads/

Edit: Here's the tickets. Did it in GIMP.
