There is some awesome guides at www.osx-e.com in the articles section.
You'll have to do a lot of skinning if you want to have stuff like Mail, Safari, iChat because those are availible for Macs only.
There's always FlyakiteOSX for logon screen, icons, and other software.

paulo: some a/v software will give you a false positive on flyakite. this is due to flyakite disabling windows file protection. rest assured, there are NO viruses in flyakite. anyways...
so you've bought all these programs and expect us to give you a detailed account on how to use each one of them? each of the stardock programs has it's own documentation and i'm sure some online tutorials. start there. if you run into a wall with SPECIFIC problems, i'm sure some here can answer your question(s).
