I would make the speech bubble's stroke a bit more defined similar to what you did for the brains, interesting concept. Gave it a 5 as well just do something with the stroke of the speech bubble.

I made the speech bubble jagged so to get the feel of the brain cop shouting really loud at the thief. But the speech bubble is optional by the way. Thank you very much guys.
