It should list all of the fonts you have installed on your system. Anybody feel free to correct me on that.
If the font isn't showing up, try typing the name of the font into the box. For example, if you want to use the "LucidaMacBold" font, and it doesn't show up, and you know you have it installed, try typing "LucidaMacBold" into the text box (without the text quotes, of course).

as far I know it shoes all Fonts installed on your system !!
make sure the font is showing up in your windows/fonts directory, I had this problem before and refreshing the folder a few times made it show up.. if its showing up in your fonts folder it should definately show up in the drop down.
