What happened to the Announcement Page?
There are no announcements because people haven't had the time to post more news.
To the mods: Can I post news?
The news died and no one has been able to summon enough enthusiasm to get it started again. Personally, I think that those who are involved enough to want to post news have long since stopped reading it/accessing the main page. The staffers are aware of this.

I could help out by posting the news, I'm here most of the time and check for updates constantly.
That's what all the others - who stopped posting news after a couple of weeks - also said 
oh, there's a news page?
Well personnaly I read the forum every day so NEWS on the front page aren't that usefull.
In my opinion the most important thing is this forum keeps active !!
We get alot of hits to the main page, problem right now is, unbe and myself are trying to figure out what type of design we can use on the new frontpage when we update it.

So were Unbe, Seph, and I. We're still here (well, two of us) but couldn't sustain newsposting "careers."

(yes i am only making fun of myself for those who remember) but on a serious note, i know i'm one of thousands saying "i want news" but i actually thought aqua-soft was dead because of the lack of news. by dead i mean the forums and all...
Shak is gonna kill me for saying this, but when was aquaxp never dead?
