Crystal clear iconpackager and yztoolbar | cyrstal SVG iconpackager

I love the toolbar icons and system icons in the screenshot. That screenshot is about crystal clear bricopack.

I wonder is there any yztoolbar theme resemble the one in the screenshot

and

iconpackager package

I found the icons are called "crystal clear" and another icon set "crystal SVG".

But they are only available for Linux

PS .. I found a link to download crystal clear windows format in the following link http://ftpcustomxp.free.fr/Crystal-Clear-icons.zip but I can't download it
