Royale vista remod help

Hi, I am currently remodding royale vista and I have a couple of minor problems.

1. I have an annoying problem with the close-, max- and minbuttons.

If you look at the attached pic you can see that the the WMP 11 close button is much wider than the other buttons. I want to make my skin this way. Although i cant figure out how.

I use stylebuilder. The buttons all have 1 image in common that is totaly transparent. I tried to modify this and then all the three buttons got wider. So I made another smaller transparent pic for the other ones and, no luck. The max- and minbuttons are still to wide.

If you know how to do this i would appreciate your help.

2. When i make the application background dark you cant see the text in for example display properties or system properties. How do i change the color of that text.

I don't know about #1, but for #2, the only solution that I know of is to use Styler (freeware now) and activate the option for dark themes. It will attempt to to make some text that are always black, white. It's not perfect and is a limitation of Windows XP and its theming engine.
