AveScripter 1.0.6 Beta

I've just released the latest beta, I'm hoping this is the last one.

I would appriciate it to get all feedback from everyone so that I can move this to the "official" release very soon.

Added support for AveDesk 2.0 (new flags no major stuff)

Fixed XML loading / Updating. The updating was triggered too many times causing a slow down on desklet.

Fixed XML Event triggered. The event use to only be triggered if new XML was loaded, but this now will trigger after the expired time or reload of desklet even if the file is not downloaded because of cache timeout.

Avedesk 2.0 is very early in devel, and andreas is slowly getting more time to work on it. I only have 1 api added which is very minor one. So don't worry your not missing much kgraphik.
