Need help when adding songs and removing duplicate songs.

Whenever I add song some songs not all are duplicated and I have to convert some songs all over.

Is there a way for whenever I add new songs to my library it wont duplicate songs or need to convert already converted music then it duplicates the tracks.

And is there a way to quicklyremove duplicated songs by just clicking once instead of clicking every single duplicate song one by one.
