That's not a transparent window, it's just a background image adjusted to fit the wallpaper in position...
What's with all the "?" and "!"?
What exactly are you asking for? Transparent window backgrounds? Some of the Linux GUIs have transparent shell windows but I'm not aware of software that will turn an Explorer window "transparent".
Advice: Carefully form your question(s) using something that resembles at least 8th grade English and ditch all the "?" and "!" - it will make you much more understandable.
@randy620: It's apparent that you do not know english as well as most of us in this forum and that's perfectly fine, just take some cues from those of us whose call english our first language...
- no more "!!!!" or "????", in many cases, one will do the trick, although some of points you insert them in just serve as confusion, so it might be best to leave these out altogether.
- try not to use as many abbreviations such as "thx ur". I myself try to avoid these whenever possible and if you look around, so do many people in this forum. These further the confusion for people who are not clear about their meaning and it's just more work when we have to translate past the abbreviations and the grammar.
