I just downloaded styler 1.401 today, when I check the "drop shadow" instead of a black shadow i see a white box thing around the window, kind of like a white shadow, I dont know if anyone else is having this problem?

styler shadowing isn't the greatest.. i'd use another program to do it such as yzshadow or windowsfx

Yep, imo Yz Shadow does a much better job
Hmm...any guesses as to what the problem is with styler though?
Because I would rather just have 1 program running that changes the toolbar and does the shadow

not sure.. but seriously... the shadowing feature on styler is horrible. just run winfx or yz shadow.
Actually, I had that problem too, is it like there is a box thats upping the brightness on whatever is behind it?, you may need to update your GFX driver.

my opinion,
yz is still the best app out there for shadows..
all apps from mr. yamaguchi where their time far ahead.. its such a shame that he stopped developing just cuz some weirdos mail 
for me since windowblinds can do shadows i stick with it.. in the hope that mr yamaguchi will return some day..

its said that mr. yamaguchi got a mail from apple wich said that he should stop the dev of yzdock for some reason
but i think it was a fake one.. from some frustrated snob mac user who didn't like the fact that there exists a dock for win -.-
Mr. Yamaguchi actually got a Cease & Desist Letter straight from Apple, search for "Yz dock stopped" and you'll find a age old thread with more information.
do you think it was really from apple?

I used to use yz shadow but i found that the shadows always appear a split second after the windows do...might be because my computer sucks...
also with winfx every time i logon i have to go to my computer properties to check the minimize/restore animation because for some reason winfx disables it. kind of annoying, or i would use it, its got great shadows.
Any suggestions as to what i can do about these problems?

I've never really found a shadow probram that truly suits me for shadows. Styler takes up too much memory, Yz Shadow is extremely buggy for me, and Windows FX is slow as molasses.. So yeah, couldn't really see anything that suits me in that field. I just gave shadows up alltogether.
