Ah ... I didn't see the category, sorry. I'm not familiar with FosX. I don't know what you would have to do to change it's boot. Just wait for a reply from a FosX user or Chris.
If you want, you can try BootXP I've attatched to this post. I haven't used it for a while but I believe it can make any image a boot.
To get your old windows XP bootscreen back i think you have to run the flyakite uninstaller and select only "Boot Screen" to revert back. Is this what you are asking for ?
