tabs?

Can someone tell me how to get tabs on the side of the desktop like that, because I tried nubs but it's different from what I wanted, like in this screenshot http://www.deviantart.com/view/32651277/

Another question is how I can get my taskbar to display the memory load and stuff also shown on the above link. Informer for Konfab just isn't the same

I guess that the taskbar info is by TrueLaunchBar.

EDIT: Maybe you were referring to the widgets and not the taskbar info...

It's Reminder Konfabulator (Yahoo) widget, originally in black, that's a reminder not an avetunes, cause he have a control player in task + a cd cover at bottom of screen... But i know this avetunes you talk, reminder mod by ghostlin i think.
