There are several threads already avalible on this exact topic.
But you best bet is to get it from here http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/miranda....3.exe?download
then go here http://addons.miranda-im.org/ and look for plugins that you like.
Miranda looks great- but you really need to experiement and work at it.
If you are really having trouble PM me and I can send you a pre-skinned Miranda
