Changing font face from bold to normal

Please help...

itz great, i love it..but what i dont like it about, is that the boldness..

I dont want the text to be bold, i want them to be normal...

I changed it..from display - apperance - advance...and i changed most of the bold texts to normal..but what didnt change is the start menu texts, like the program shortcut...

Could anyone tell me how i change that from bold back to normal please.

you will have to edit the Theme or visual style using reshacker or stylebuilder and turn on cleartype make your fonts better

Or enable Cleartype which would make the text (even bold) look good.
