tweakUI doesn't patch correctly

hi~

there seems a problem with patching the german version of tweakui after installing flyakite it says that the file is corrupted

i tryed changing the icon the old way (reshacker) but it says that the exe has been compressed or something..

so.. is there a way to change the icon without currupting the file?
