Specific Lanham somatic and space invasion icons

I have downloaded and extracted the Space Invasion and Somatic icon sets by David Lanham from a lot of mirrors, including his website, pixelgirl presents, and the iconfactory. However, none of those contained the icons/pngs requested below..

does anyone have: The icons, 2nd invasion, SpaceWeaver.orange, and any of the ones with _shadow?
