*.sit > to *.ico or *.png

Hi folks, one question, does somebody know how to convert icon files *.sit to .ico or .png? or can suggest me a program?

A *.sit is an archive file type, used with the program Stuff-It.

What you may come to a problem with is what type of files that are in the sit archive. They may be ICNS or something else I may not be able to think of. But you should be able to find tutorials here, or at Google to take you step-by-step converting Mac icons to be able to be used on Windows. I don't know one off the top of my head.
