Making Every Windows Dialog Striped Like Aqua?

How can we put a striped background (like we can now on the context menu's)

on every windows dialog menu?

Just as the usual reminder: If you got a really fast PC and dont mind about 2-D performance (office, etc - even photoshop but NOT games) you can use the old Windowblinds 2.2 in combination with Visual styles.

That combo skins basically everything. I had it running for some time, but my old system was really crippled, especially with the addition of WinFX.

The look rocked, though
