the mb icon is just a pink colourization of this icon , it can easily be done in photoshop

Ok. I realized I had a smaller version of the ACTUAL application icon. That DB application is called SQLite3 Professional. Here's the site: http://www.sqlabs.net/index.php, where you can see how the application icon is.

Thing is, the icon you're looking for is really a rip from here:

You can tell because the one in the request image doesn't have the shadow.

Maybe try ripping it for yourself?
