What are you talking about? There are no colored menubar Bluetooth icons in Mac OS X :confused:
Besides it's really easy to give them a color. Just open up the image, lock the transparency, pick a color and either draw or fill.

too bad, there's only three states for IVT bluetooth.... idle, connected and disconnected....

er.... geez.. too bad.. i cant edit the cli.exe of ATI... when i try to put the icon. there's an error message telling me that a private key has been changed... but all i did was change the icon group...
Well do you need this ATI thing at all? Do you click it like 2394863 times everyday? 
Just throw it away from your systray. My method: the less menubar items, the less clutter.
