Question about always on top / auto-hide features.

I'm currently using ObjectDock, but would like to start using RK Launcher because it looks better and is faster. The one thing I can't get over is the auto-hide thing in RK. In OD, I have it set to always show on the desktop, but not cover up any of my windows. If I have a window open, I can simply hover my cursor at the top and it will appear after a second.With RK, I tried messing with the settings, but to no avail. If I set it to auto-hide, it always hides, even on the desktop. Is there any way I can get it to always sit on the desktop, but not cover my windows?
