Error when closing RK Launcher

I'm getting this whenever i close RK Launcher:

Application Error : The exception (0x0eedfade) occurred in the application at location 0x7c81eb33.

and then another error says: Runtime error 217

I've tried a fresh download, but that doesn't work., Please, can anybody help?

you're getting it every time you close it ?

in what folder did you install RK Launcher ?

do you have the user rights to write in the 'itemlist.conf' (actually write permissions to the entire RKL Folder ?)
