I can give you a link to the author's homepage. You can get it there. It's in Chinese, and you gotta use IE, but once you click on the link, press the button on the right to download. The button on the left is the cancel but. That much I figured out

The theme is just a mod of Kol's theme, and also there's a link for download on the author's site you provided, if you know a bit of chinese you'll able to find. I am also not sure if I am allowed to distribute it, if you would like a copy of it pm me. If i have violated any rules tell me
