You should release your aero set (and possibly previous versions) in .ico format. That's the only downside for me. It's quite tedious to convert each one.

If you made a release that was just the aero folder effect but just had little icons for music or pictures or a video reel and a standard folder. Then maybe some aero drives and start menu icons I would never use another icon set again!
