there is no help file in avedesk 1.3, is it normal?

I have resolved my precedent problem (and I have edited my post to explain how I did, if it can be usefull for someone),

but now I just wanted to know why when we "click" on "help" on the menu "help" , there is no help file that is opening...

(even with the short "F1")

and I searched on files of avedesk but I saw nowhere help files.

can you tell me if it is normal? maybe it is because it's the new version, in beta yet?

or should I download a file on your site?

I hope you will be able to response to me, even if you don't know , thanks a lot

Yes, that's the way it is. Although there is no normal help file at the moment, if you look at the top of this forum you will see sticky threads. All...well most of your answers lie in there.
