Well I had to make a set of instructions for my technical writing course so I decided to make one for avetunes. They may not be the greatest but they should help a bit for those who are new to making avetunes skins.
the skin in the tutorial is a preview of one Im working on....I figure its been about 10 months since I released a skin so its high time I made another one
Great... just yesterday I wanted to start work on new AveTunes skin, and there were couple of thing I wanted to get answered !! I wished there was some technical document available for it. 
well if it still leaves some of your questions unanswered post em here and I'll see what I can do
so has anybody downloaded this? If so what are your thoughts was it easy to follow, did it explain what you wanted explained.....I'll develope it further if you guys/gals want
It's actually easily readible and well understandable. Hope to see some parts about text-shadow in it also :-)
