Aqua-Soft ForumsI'm thinking of moving to Linux and wondered if there is something like Flyakite but for Linux. I very much like the way Flyakite works and I would like to do it to my Linux Dekstpop too. Can Any tell me?

If you use KDE then there is Baghira. I don't use KDE anymore so can't link you to it, sorry.
and a complete OSx based Icon themes are also available.
I havn't heard of anything like Flyakite in Linux but you can get OSX like Icon themes and there are a LOT of Tiger/Aqua based themes around. just take a look at this sites

You can get OSX/Vista like effects(Drop shadows, Expose, Transparent title bars 3D Desktops) using XGL. Its still a work in progress, but its really cool
If you haven't installed Linux yet, go to FoX Linux http://foxlinux.org
It looks very 'macish', with a desktop, a taskbar on top, a dock on bottom, a neat looking Aqua login/KDE loading screen/desktop.
However, the window decor and such looks a bit Longhornish, so use Baghira.

Even if you DO install FoX, then Steps 2,3,4,5,6,9,10? may help make it look better.
Just follow the tutorial thingy linked to and you'll have an almost perfect osx-clone within one hour.
For a dock, if you don't use kde like me. There's engage. Its in enlightenment's cvs.

Smoothdock sucked in comparsion to all Docks for Windows. There is KXDocker for *nix however:

I didn't tested it though - I have PC-BSD (FreeBSD) which is far more better than Linux, but still didn't get its mature state.
Dude KXDocker is a mock up of ksmoothdock. Similar has the Fly a kite dock is a mockup of the king for windows dock, yzdock.
