Aqua-Soft Forumsi am a new member so forgive me ... i have just updated the software for itunes (wish i hadnt ) since doing this i cant load any music onto my ipod . the pc seems to freeze i have removed everything fromcontrol to do with ipod and itunes. even all folders from c drive programme files. when i go into control panel there are two ipod updates i cant remove and an itunes im not that computer minded so please go easy on me i just want to load music as before. i have even gone back to loading from original cd but still no joy im now getting p i ** e d please someone help thanks pete mac please email me petemac@yesmate.freeserve.co.uk

I would try updating the software on your ipod, if you haven't done so already. I'm not sure if this will solve your problem, but it's worth a try and you should update your ipod software anyway.
thanks i posted a question on apple's forum and it has been answered correctly i had to scan for malware using ewido anti malware this fixes any registry errors and then install the stand alone version of quick time hey presto all works as before so if any body else has the problem you know what to do the malware programme is a free down load (14 day trial ) but its done the job thanks all
