performed complete uninstall.. twice, hasn't removed OSX bootscreen

I installed FAKOSX about a month ago and everything was fine and dandy, then, about monday, or so, I decided I'd like a change of pace, so I uninstalled most everything in flyakite, saving only winroll, y-zshadow, and the iceman sound scheme, I restarted, and when it boots up, the OSX Bootscreen loads, but the logonui is the windows interface, so I log in and nothing else is broken so I try doing a complete uninstall, selecting everything, including the previous items I had not selected (excluding the uninstaller and backup files, which I hadn't removed the first time I uninstalled), so I restart and the OSX bootscreen is still there, I do it again (saving the uninstaller and backup files) and it still hasn't been removed. any way I can remove the file and replace it with it's original, which should be backed up?

also, some icons are still OSX style, such as the hard drive icons, and the explorer bar buttons are OSX, how can I revert those to their original state as well?

*cough* offtopic.. you could have PMed me asking that question. as it is, I've used it on and off, in this spelling, since 2002-2003. I'd have to go through IM logs to see when I first started using it.

This tip might help if u have SP2 already, just instal Service Pack 2 it will restore icons, and all defualt to windows. I found out when i installed sp2 and it restored all my window theme.

I've had service pack 2 installed for over a year now, if memory serves me correctly.. I'm not sure how I'd go about reinstalling the service pack though, if I could uninstall it in the first place, and there is a matter of reinstalling the updates that may have been overwritten by the service pack restoration which is a pain in itself

Well in that case just down load bootxp its free and then just restore back to the old boot screen. About the icons i am not sure.
