dashboard??

Hello

I like the fact of apples dashboard that you can switch between al active windows when you move the mouse in the upper right corner. Is there any way to realize that in windows???

It's not the Dashboard, it is Expose. Search for this term, as well as for "iEx", "Winplosion", "Entbloess" and "TopDesk" here
